2. Peanut cooking oil making machine introduction:
? Cleaning device:remove the raw material peanut in various impurities, such as: iron, stones, clump, such as the plant leaf, clean up till impurity content does not exceed 0.2%. Use vibration cleaning sieve and magnetic selector to get better cleaning effect. And This step is mainly to clean the big impurities ,like the stone , big dust , iron etc .
? Crushing machine: his Process is mainly to crush the peanut , as the peanut is big ,it is not easy to press .We must crush the peanut to 6-8 pieces .Then we need to peel . The rate of peel is about 90% . In order to meet the requirements of crushing, the peanut is suitable for crushing with the moisture of 7% to 12%.
? Softening process:the purpose of softening is to adjust the moisture and temperature of oil, and make it soft
? Flaking process: rolling raw material into flakes, and the purpose is to increase surface area, destroy the peanut cell tissue, shorten the way of oil out from cake.After crush and peel ,we need to flake the crushed peanut , which make the cell wall of peanut broken . And we flake the peanut to 0.55 mm thickness . Then it is useful for the oil extracting
? Cooking process: use steam cooking, inject direct steam and cook the flakes to meet the requirement of oil press.
? Prepress: press the flakes to leave about 16%-18% in the cake. The cake will go to extraction process.
