1. Introduction Of Rice Bran Oil Making Machine:
Rice bran→Magnetic separation→Cleaning →Extrusion Puffing →Counter-current
A.There are mainly three parts in the rice bran oil making process, pretreatment, leaching (extracting) and refining.in this oil making process,the Essential oil equipments have to used,such as extraction machine, DTDC, refining pot, degumming pot and so on.
B.After the refining of five steps about de-, we can get the grade 1 rice bran oil,you can get different grade oil with different equipment, the detail information we will talk in our specific condition.
the rice bran need to be have a magnetic separation ,removing the small iron . Then we need to clean the rice bran ,wipe off the middle or samll light impurities Then exrusion puffing , make the oil come out easily .After that ,we need to make the rice bran dry ,whicn control the moisture between 9-9.5 % . Then we send the rice bran to extractor for leaching .
Cleaning Process:
Adopt the magnetic separation removing iron miscellaneous and vibration sieve removing broken clear, rice Xi, etc.
Extrusion Process:
Adopting the expander can both improve the yield of rice bran oil and reduce the consumption. The extrusion puffing, on the one hand, can make solution lipase in the rice bran passivated under high temperature and high pressure condition,then prevent the rice bran oil rancidity; On the other hand, the extrusion puffing can make rice bran be porous material grain, and increases the materials bulk density, then improve the permeability and leaching rate which solvent reacts to the material.
Drying Process:
The puffed rice bran contains about 12% water, and the best moisture for leaching process is 7to 9% there fore,there must be effective drying means to achieve the best leaching moisture. Adopting counter-current dryer can make water and temperature meet with follow-up process requirements, and improve the oil yield, as well as oil quality.
